Welcome Fibreworks customers

On Thursday 15 October, Fibreworks Internet will be discontinuing as a brand and will form part of the Uniti brand. Uniti is an Australian Internet Provider that has been connecting people to super-fast Internet for more than 5 years, and Fibreworks Internet is part of the Uniti Group Limited company group. Uniti is committed to giving you the best experience possible, and we are excited to bring both brands together.

There will be absolutely no change to your service and no downtime during this brand transition. We have put together this guide with all the important information you need to know and to help you know what to expect over the coming days.

  1. Customer Service

    From Thursday 15 October if you need customer service, you will need to contact Uniti’s Australian-Based Customer Service Centre. Our friendly and professional team can be reached on 1300 847 201 or via email support@unitiwireless.com.
    Customer Service is open Monday – Friday from 8AM – 9PM and Saturday and Sunday 9AM - 5PM ACST.
  2. Customer Portal

    Your customer portal will move to the Uniti platform, and can be accessed here: my.unitiwireless.com. Your username and password will remain the same. From Thursday 15 October you will be able to log in and see your services, update any details and view and pay your invoices. It will look and feel different to your Fibreworks Internet portal, but you will have greater functionality and self-service options to help you manage your account more easily.
  3. Billing

    Finally, from Thursday 15 October, all future invoices and billing will come from and be payable to Uniti. If you have a direct debit set up, this will simply be transferred across and if you pay by BPay, you will notice a new Biller name on your account, you details won’t change. If you would like to make changes to the way you pay going forward, you will be able to do this direct in your customer portal.
