Do you need support?

Our support operating hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm plus Saturday to Sunday 10:00am to 4:00pm Adelaide time, with email support available outside of these hours for technical faults. If you email us outside of operating hours in relation to a technical fault, we will respond promptly. If your reason for contact is not fault-related, you can email or call to leave us a voicemail and we will respond the next business day.

Got technical issues? Please read our FAQs and try a power cycle. Many issues are solved by a power cycle, saving you time spent talking to us. Step by step instructions on how to do a full power cycle are listed below.

Step 1

Locate the Uniti Wireless wall plate and remove the power pin

Step 2

Wait 30 seconds and replace the power pin.
Check that the green LED light is on at the power brick or PoE.

Step 3

Turn the router off.
NOTE: Don’t hold in the reset button as this will reset the router.

Step 4

Wait 30 seconds before powering on the Router.
NOTE: It can take a few minutes for everything to come back online.
