How it works

The developer secures an agreement with a fibre network wholesaler to build the fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) infrastructure for your development. Opticomm is our preferred fibre network wholesale partner.

The developer or building operator can engage a retail service provider (RSP) to pre-install routers in each amenity and residence as required. This enables residents to get connected as soon as they move in. Or, developers can leave it to residents to choose their own internet provider.

Once residents move in, they connect to their RSP. If the developer or building operator engages a single RSP such as Uniti, they automatically join our Building Management Program. The program provides many benefits such as priority support, a dedicated account manager and access to exclusive offers tailored to meet the needs of your building and residents.
